This cause having come to be heard on the Plaintiff's ~
Motion for Summary Final Judgment, and the-Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is
! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I
1. That the Court has jurisdiction over this cuase and
.the subject matter and the parties.
2. The default judgment previously entered herein is
!ratified and confirmed.
3. That the mortgage herein sued upon by the Plaintiff
was legally executed, acknowledged, delivered and recorded as

!is alleged in Plaintiff's Complaint; that the Promissory Note
i j - -
thereby secured was also properly executed and delivered and
;that the said Promissory Note and Mortgage were and do con-
F ~stitute a valid and subsisting lien upon the real property
y
!of the Defendant, FRANK ISTVANDITSCH.

4. That the default in making the payments of the
(principal and interest upon the said note constitutes a breach
Hof the covenants of the Mortgage herein sued upon.

5. That tre Defendant, FRANK ISTVANDITSCH has defaulted
~~in making the payments of the principal and interest upon
the said Promissory Note and now owes the Plaintiff on account
of the principal and interest on said Note and Mortgage, the
5 I~sum of $ 6~561_R~~', ,which figure includes amounts paid
by the Plaintiff on•behalf of the Defendants, and interest
