accruing to the date of this Judgment, together with the sum 4
of $ O d ,which is hereby awarded as attorney's fees
` for the services of the Plaintiff's attorney herein, together
with all costs of this suit which to date amount to $ ,
and the Plaintiff is additionally entitled to recover interest
at the statutory rate of 8$ per annum from the date hereof
to the date of sale.
6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in the
Complaint, the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the
mortgaged property situated, lying and being in the County of
~St.Lucie, the State of Florida, being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
~ Lot 14, Block 3 of FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISION according
i to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, at
Page 5, of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,
Florida.
7. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed
~by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to thi
;Judgment are not paid, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the
property.at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, free,

clear and discharged of and from any and all claims, liens,

j encumbrances, rights and equity in interest of the said
