of this foreclosure is hereby found to be inferior to the
interest of the Plaintiff herein; that in the event the sub-
ject property is sold at public sale, it shall be sold free
and clear of all claims, liens or encumbrances of said Defend-
ants; and if any proceeds remain after payment of the proceeds
as specified previously herein, such remaining sum shall be
deposited with the Registry of the Court where it will be
available for disbursement upon proper petition after the
right and priorities, if any, of said Defendants with respect

'to such proceeds is determined by this Court.
10. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said
sale, the Clerk shall issue a Certificate of Sale, and if no
4objection to said sale be filed within the time required by ~
law, said Clerk shall issue his Certificate of Title and Certi
~ficate of Disbursements, and he shall disburse and apply the
proceeds of the sale in the following manner; i
A. His fees, allowances, commission and expenses;
j B. Fees and costs of the Officers of this Court and the

Plaintiff of this suit;

! C. The attorney's fees of the Plaintiff herein for his

;services in regard to the foreclosure of said mortgage, which
sum was specified previously herein in paragraph 5.
~ ~ D. The sum specifies? previously in paragraph 5 which was
!found to be owing to the Plaintiff on account of the principal,
~linterest and other charges upon the Note and Mortgage payable
Eby the said Defendants under the Mortgage herein sued upon,
~Iplus interest at the rate of 8$ per annum from the date of
jthis judgment to the date of sale, all of which shall be

ipayable to the Plaintiff herein.
- ~ E. The remaining sum,if any .there be, to be deposited

with the Registry of this Court by the said Clerk and there
