in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on
October 4, 1946, in Plat Book 8, Page 17.
This conveyance is made subject to zoning laws and regulations, all
local ordinances and any amendments thereto, as.they now exist or may
hereafter be amended and all legal covenants and restrictions of record.`
Rose L. DeMais died testate a resident of Union County, New Jersey, on

December 28, 1976. John DeMais, the executor named renounced in writing;,
the trust imposed upon him by decedent's will and Arline D. Bolen was
appointed executrix of the Estate on October 11, 1977, by the~Surrpgate
and Clerk of the Union County Court, Probate Division.
Arline D. Bolen, Eleanor--.Lupari and John DeMais are all of the residual
legatees of the Estate of Rose L. DeMais. The aforesaid property
passes under the residual clause of the decedent's Will.
John DeMais, husband of Rose L. DeMais, died a resident of the State
of New Jersey on October 29, 1960.
Being the same premises conveyed to Rose L. DeMais by deed dated July
17, 1947, from Florida Home Sites, Inc., and recorded July 19, 1947,•
in the Clerk's Office of the County of St. Lucie in Deed Book 136
at page 409-41.0. •
