the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by JaCOb Press and (}er8ldine L.
Press, his wife dated November 29th 19 Z2 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R• Book 208 on page
2189 ,securing the payment of the sum of $ighteen thousand and no/100----------------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness eviderxed by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
