and the East section line of Section 9, Township 35 South, Range 39
• East, run South along said section line a distance of 1010 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continue South 100 feet to a point;
thence turn and run West 300 feet to a point; thence turn, and run
North 100 feet to a point; thence turn and run East 300 feet to the
point of beginning. Being Lot 15 of an unrecorded plat of WEST FORT
PIERCE ESTATES. Together with an easement for road purposes over
the West 60 feet of the East 360 feet of the East 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of said Section 9.
SUBJECT TO Mortgage from Grantees to First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, dated May 21, 1979, recorded in O. R.
