THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me on June 14,
1979, upon Petitioner's Notion for Preremptory Writ of Mandamus
and the Court having heard argument of counsel representing the
following persons, to-wit: Petitioner, Paul DePoo; Herman
Summerlin; the Defendant C. L. Norwell as Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and the Office of the State Attorney in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida,. and the Court having considered
the arguments of the respective counsel, the evidence before
the Court and being fully advised in the premises herein,
IT IS ADJUDGED:
' 1. Defendant C. L. Norwell as Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, did comply with the Alternative Writ of

Mandamus issued by this Court in this cause on January 9,

1979, by filing the report required under'the provisions of

Section 705.09, Florida Statutes.
2. Petitioner had an adequate remedy at law by
~ way of appeal from the Order of the County Judge dated
~iay 3, 19?9, in Case No. 79-185 ?dpi in the County Court in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. The Petitioner has an adequate remedy at law to
- pursue Case No. 79-190 CA in the Circuit Court of the nineteenth
