- PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED ~
THIS INDENTURE, executed this day of May, 1979,
between PORT CHARLOTTE BANK $ TRUST COAIPA~ as Personal Representative V
of the estate of LOLA A. SII?1PER, deceased, party of the first part, ~ ,
and EDWARD J, KEPP and CAROLINE KEPP, his wife, party of the second tij- ~1
part, whose address is 810 SW Ivanhoe; Port St. Lucie, Florida.
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part for and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of TEN DOLLARS (10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand-paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second
part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as:
Lot 23, Block 70 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 27,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, .
recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages S f`, SA thru 5I,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easements of record; zoning and
other regulatory ordinances and taxes for the year 1979.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance -
the la~.s of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
~ IN-WITNESS {YHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal
Representative of the estate of LOLA A. SIh1PER, deceased, has set its
