SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF TAX LIEN
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, the undersigned on or about October 20, 19 78
issued a warrant against Eugene & Ann Horn, d/b/a Do Nut Fair,
1109 N. Fedrvral Hwy, Ft. Pierce, Fla.
for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter
.212, Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for st. Lucie
County, Florida, on October 20, lg 78~ in o. R.
Hook 296 , at Page 1343 and
WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the
tax lien created by the recording of the skid tax warrant, satis-
fied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax having
been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I hereby,
pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy said
lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit Court note
on the record of the said tax warrant the filing of this satis-
faction with him.
