to the Point of Intersection with~a curve concave to the
Southwest having a radius of 145.00 feet, said point lying
on the Southerly Right of Way line of a proposed 50.00
foot road Right of Way, a radial line to which point bears
N 28°06'41" E; thence run Northwesterly along the arc of
said curve a distance of 0.28 feet, through a central angle
of 0°06'41", to the Point of Tangency of said curve; thence
run N 62°00'00" W a distance of 225.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continue to run N 62°00'00" W a distance
of 100.00 ft. ;thence run S 28°00'00" H a distance of 192.03 ft. more or
less, to the waters of Kuching Cove (Tarpon Bay); thence
