Intersection with a curve concave to the Southwest having a
radius of 145.00 feet, said point lying on the Southerly Right
of Way line of a proposed 50.00 foot road Right of Way, a radial
line to which point bears N 28°06'41" E; thence run Southeasterly
along the arc of said curve a distance of 78.55 feet, through
a central ankle of 31°0'10" to the POINT OF BEGINNING, a
radial line to which point beard N 59°08'51" E; thence continue
to run Southeasterly, along the arc of said curve, a distance of
76.17 feet, through a central angle of 30°05'53" to the Point
of Reverse Curvature of a curve concave to the Northeast having
a radius of 155.00 feet; thence run Southeasterly along the arc
of said curve a distance of 89.26 feet, through a central angle
! of 32°59'45" to the Point of Intersection with a line lying
100.00 feet Easterly of and parallel with the East line of the
property described in said Warranty Deed filed in Deed Book 192,
Pages 211 and 212, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
a radial line to which point bears S 59°14'59" W; thence run
S 0°45'16" E, along said line, a distance of 116.66 feet, more
or less, to the waters of Kitching Cove (Tarpon Say); thence
meander said waters saorthwesterly a distance of 184.00 feet,
more or less, to the Point of Intersection with a line bearing
S 28°00'00" W from the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run
