THIS INDENTURE made and entered into on this ~3~ i
day of , 1979, by and between WEND-MAR
ESTATES, LTD., a Florida Limited Partnership, of the County of '
St. Lucie and State of Florida, Grantor; and ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
in the State of Florida, Grantee:
WHEREAS~ the Grantor is seized in fee simple and in

possession of lands lying in Section 4, Township 36 South, ~
; Range 40 East and that particular portion of it described ~

WHEREAS, Grantee is responsible for providing utility ~

service and drainage for lands situated in St. Lucie County and
is desirous of providing additional drainage in the area wherein
Grantor's property is located; and

WHEREAS, Grantor is initiating the development of a ~
subdivision on its groperty and will require utility service ~

and drainage to be provided by the County; and
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed in consideration of the sum of

~ Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to grant to
~ Grantee and all persons claiming by, through or under Grantee,
$ its predecessors in title, assigns or legal representatives, an

~ easement or right of way for utility and drainage purposes over

~ the land described below for the purposes and in the manner

expressed below;
~ NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
