Page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement or right of way for
utility and drainage purposes hereby granted unto Grantee
and its assigns.
~ it is unders~ood that this easement is qiven upon the
express understanding and condition that it may be used by
Grantor and its assigns in conjunction with the use of Grantee.
It is further understood that Grantor, and its assigns and
tenants in no way will be bound to maintain the easement or keep
it in repair; nor does Grantor,-and/or its assigns, assume any
liability or responsibility to Grantee and assigns or any person
using the land by invitation, expressed or implied, or by reason
of any business~conducted with Grantee, and its assigns or otherwise.
It is further understood that for purposes of this easement,
Grantor will be solely responsible for the initial construction
