Before me, the undersi ned authori~~Cr~`~£~~~,~~-
appeared HELEN DOROT~iY PROBST, who upon being first duly sworn
deposes and says:
1. The undersigned mortgagor to the above mortgage
does hereby state that the above said mortgage has been paid in
full by her; but that after diligent search and inquiry she has
been unable to ascertain the whereabouts of the mortgagees of said
mortgage. -
2. The undersigned further states that in the event
any action is brought against First Federal Savings and Loan Assoc-
iation of Fort Pierce arising out of said mortgage that she will
indemnify and hold harmless said savings and loan association from
~ any such claims or litigation to include the payment of any attorneys
~
~ fees incurred in defense of such an action.
~ 3. The undersigned further.states that this affidavit
i
~ is given with the knowledge that the said First Federal Savings and ~
Loan Association of Fort Pierce is in the process of closing a
mortgage in reliance upon this information._

~ 4. Finally, the undersigned states that J. STANLEY
PROBST was her husband at the time of the mortgage in question
~ and as such was one of the mortgagors on said mortgage; however,
~
- the said J. STANLEY PROBST is now deceased having died on the
~
~ 26th day of May, 1976. ;
