party of the first pa.rt, the Honorable Royce R. Lewis, Circuit Judge in and ~
for St. L.,ucie County, Florida, granted to the pa.rty of the first part, leave to
sell the interest of the satd MAR~ARET E. WINSLCW, an incompetent, for
the purpose of compl~ing with Contract For Sale dated January 27, 1979. -
Now, therefore, in considera.tion of the foregoing and in further
