This cause came on for hearing June 19, 1979 on defendant
MURIEL V. CONCA;J:ION'S Motion to Tax Costs and Motian for Modifica-
tion of Final Judgment filed herein, and the Court being advised
by defendant's counsel that plaintiff has paid to the defendant,
subsequent to the filing of the Motion to Tax Costs, the amount of ~
$540.77 as set out in defendant's Motion to Tax Costs, plus $459.23
,
to apply on defendant's attorney's fee, and there being no opposition
presented by plaintiff's counsel to the Motion for Modification of f
~
Final Judgment filed herein by defendant as to that ~ortion relating
to Paragraph 6(d) wherein the Court ordered, as follows: "That
; counterclaimant (defendant) have and recover judgment against counter-
~
f defendant (pla~ntiff) for her attorney's fees in the amount of
~
; $3,750.00. and moved this Court to modify that Final Judgment
~ and order tfie issuance of a Writ of Execution on the ud
~ ~ gment for
' attorney's fees in the amount of $3,750.00, and the Court being

' otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

~ OP.DERED A:ZD ADJUDGED, as follows : ~

~ That the Court modifies its Final Judg~ent of January 22, 1979

~ by allowing execution to issue on the unpaid balance of the attorney's ~

~ fee awarded to defendant's attorney to be paid by plaintiff, in the
