this Conda~ninfum in accordance vWith the above-described Declaration of Condo-
minfum are "Common Expenses" of this Condominium as provided for in safd
~claration of Condominium.
This conveyance is ~nade .subject to the foUowing:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1979 and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning requlations and ordinances; ~
3. All of the tenns, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, ~
obiigations, easements and liens set forth and contained in the ,
Declaration of Condominium of the Condaninium and all instru-
ment~ referred to therein; .
9. All covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of record, ,
if any, which may now affect the aforedescribed .prnperty •
including, but not limited to, t}~e above-described Settlement
Sdpulation and that certain Final Order incorporating same

Covenants) not heretofore or hereby conveyed by GranLor
such easeanents and rights as may be necessary Lo effectuate

Rights" and "Future Development Property Drainage Easement"
