Purcliaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, aclrnowled~es

is subject in every respect to the 11ec•laration of Condominiun as to the conctominiun
in which his unit is located and Fxhihits attached thereto, includin~ but not
limited to (whetlier the same are attached to tlie Declaration of referred to~ ~
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the R~iles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the afaresaid Ue-
claration and Exhibits a~id the Articles of Incorporation, By-l.aws and lleclaration
of Covenants and~Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading and examination vf said Declaration, its i
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and ~
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage- E
ment of the Condominium pro~er~y and is in the~best interests and for the benefit of
a11 the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominiiun covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- ;
ation of Condominiton and Exhibits.attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confiYms and approves all of the ternts and provisions of said Ueclaration of Condo- ~
minii.sn and F.~chibits attacl~ed thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association docwnents referred to above and tl~e provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirn?.s ;
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association i.
has enct~nbered and impressed a~ien upon the Condominiusn parcel being conveyed to t
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants `
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assuenes the ~
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiiun parcel. ;
Purchaser confiYms that.all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are ~
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the comnon expenses ancl the suuns due under the Property (~mer's Association ~
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the svne is.specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaratioti of Condomini~n and the Exhibits attached thereto.
