to act as Executrix of thia my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond and I c~o further waive any and all notices required
by court or law, inventory, appraisal; and in the event my siste
should predecease mc:, or is unable or unwilling to serve, then
and in either event, I nominate and app~int my brother, JACOB
LIEBL, t~ act as ExE:cutor of this my Last Will and Testament, to
serve without bond, and I do further waive any and all noticea~
required by court or law, invent~ry, appraisal.
