WHEREAS. Barbara A. Liebl, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
died on February 7, 1979 owninq assets in the State of Florida,
and
WHEREAS, THERESA F. I.IESL has been appointed personal
repres~ntative of the estate of the decec~ent and has performed
all acts prerequisite to issuance of letters of administration
in th,e estate .
NOW, T~REFORE, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge,
declare THERESA F. LIBSL to be duly qualified under the laws
of the State of Florida to act as personal representative
of the estate of Barbara A. Liebl, deceased, with full power

~ to administer the estate accordinq to law; to ask, demand,

~ sue for, recover and receive the property of the decedent;
~ to pay the debts of tl~e decedent as far as the assets of

~ the estate will permi.t and the law directs; and to make distribu-
