plat thereof, recorded ia Plat Book 4,
Page 47, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyaise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said party of the second
part, and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to
