. RESOLUTION NO. 79-53
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning
Commission, after holding a public hearing of which due notice
was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing
and all owners of property within 300 feet were notified by mail
of said hearing, has recommended to the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County that the hereinafter described
requests for changes in zoning classification be GRANTED, and
WHEREAS, the Iioard of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on June 12, 1979, after first publishing notice of said
hearing in the News Tribune on May 25, 19?9.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this 12th day of June, 1979 as follows:
1. That the zoning of the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~
08-3~-40 from northwest corner of NE~ of SW~, then_east
along east-west quarter section line-250 feet for Point
of Beginning, thence continue east 360 feet more or
less to west right of way Old Dixie Highway,then south-
easterly along said west right of way 196 feet, thence
~ westerly with east-west quarter section line 450 feet
~ more or less, thence north 179 feet to Point of Beginning.

from A-1 (agriculture) to R-4B (multiple dwelZings).
~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Zoning Director of St.
