KNOj~ ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and ir~_ ;
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
an3 grant ta the CITY OF FORT FILP.C~, ~'LORIDA ~ti~ us~ arid ~
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege
and easement to construct-an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
A 10 foot wide easement area with the center line of easement
described as follows:. _ . ~
Commencing at the NW corner of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 15,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East,thence run easterly along 3~
Section line 25 feet to a point~ thence run South 375 feet along
east riqht-of-way of Mayflower Road to Point of Beqinning; -
thence run East 155 feet to a Point "A"; thence continue East
170 feet to a Point "B"; thence commencing again at Point "A",
run North 175 feet to a Point "C", said point being the end of a
easement.

and to place such poles and attachments thereto, across and on,
said land as may be necessary in the construction of said line,
including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all ~
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con- ~
' struc~,.+maintain and repair said line. No permanent structlires ;
; sha~ he placed or installed on said easement. ;

f the said land and have the right to grant this easement.
