This easement shall be subject to grantors herein being allowed to place~paved driveways over and across.said easement. It is understood that Fort Pierce Utilities, Authority shall replace and repair any ~ part of said driveways in the event they are damaged or torn up during the construction or maintenance of the 69 KV Electric Transmission Line. Fort Pierce Utilities Authority will place only one steel pole within said easement~ said pole to be located approximately 18 feet east of the east right-of-way line of U.S. ~Iighway No. 1(South 4th Street):; on the Delaware Avenue side of the easement.
