for the purpose of tyi~g in and harnionizing said property and the drive~vays,
~,ralkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the Oepartment
of Trans~ortation of Florida, in the road ad~acent thereto.
This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
u~on the a6ove land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that
all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural ir~provements
within the limits designated, and all work will b~ performed in such manner that
existing structural improvements will not be damaged.
This EASEFiENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the said
road project, not to exceed a period of three years.
