IN RE: THE M~~RRIAGE OF MARILYN JUPTE ALLEN, Wife -and- ~ WALKER BRICE ALLEN, Husband ~ / FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ i~- THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ r~ day of ~.~(L~/ , TT'• . . , 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of rusband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the ~arties - is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARILYN JUNE ALLEN AND WALKER BRICE ALLEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each or them are hereby forever freed from the bonds 'of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. The proF.erty settlement agreement (stipulation) , admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and I f the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. I 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and ~ ; restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. s ~ € 4. JURISDICTION.
