GRANT OF EASEMENT - Page Two
all persons having the like riqht, at all times hereafter,
for all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the
land of the Grantee and those likely situated for whatever
purpose the land from time to time lawfully may be used and
enjoyed, to pass and repass along the roadway ~re particu-
larly described as follows:
The East 20 feet of the South lj2 of the ~ast ~i~ ie~z
of the South 3/4 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, less rights-
of-way for public roads and drainage canals.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements of record,
zoning ordinances of governmental authority and taxes
subsequent to 1978.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement right of way
hereby granted unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns
and those likely situated as described above, and their heirs
j and assigns, as appurtenant to the larid of the Grantee and
` those likely situated and every part of it.
