causes of action, and damages, past, oresent and future
belonging to or sustained by, the Plaintiffs in said
cause, on account of any and all injuries now known or
hereafter known resulting of and From the accident which
occurred on or about June 28, 1978, in St. Lucie County,

and JOSEPH MIKITA, as natural ~arents and next friends of
CHARLENE MIKITA, and CAROL M. MIKITA, and JOSEPH MIKITA,
individually, that by entering into the above agreement,
the De fendants , RAEANN WALLACE , JA~~~S R. VIALLACE , I I,
WALTER F. DERAiODY and GOVERNMENT EI~LOYEES INSUP.ANCE COMPANY,
~ r~tain any or all rights of contribution which they maf
have against CAROL M. MIKITA, individually, by virtue of
the TH?tEE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000.00) pai~ by the Defendants
in settlement of the claim by and on behalf of the minor
Plaintiff, CHARLENE NIKITA. The terms of this Satisfaction

and Release shall not be construed to waive, abrogate or
