PETITION FOft DISCHARGE -
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, EDWARD MILBURN SPRAGUE_a resident of
St. Lucie County, died on November 19, 197? and Letters~of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on March 2, 1978.
2. Petitioner waives the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered-this estate by making
paymeat, settlement, or other dispositi~n of all claims and debts
, that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
; payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.

~ 4. The amount of compensation paid to-the personal repre-

~ sentative, attorneys, accountants or other agents employed by the
~ personal representative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns,

~ with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of

~ Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
~
~ .
~ this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations

~ for both federal and Florida estate taxes.
~ 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of

£ the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distri-
~
; bution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
7. The Petitioner is the only person who has an interest
