SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that S~in First National B~nk of Melbourne
the owners and holders of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness
secured thereby, executed by Richard D. Sneed, Jr., and
Martha Sue Sneed, his wife under date of January 10 ~ 1979
recorded in O. R. Book 263 , page 927 ~ St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records, encumbering real prope~ty situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
See attached legal
and assigned to it by deed of assignment executed the
day of J ~?a1 u R~ , 19~L, by Hans W. Tews and
Martha W. Tews, his wife.
At the reque$t of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations inuring to the
undersigned from mortgagors , do
hereby subordinate the lien and operation of said mortgage to the lien
and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured
thereby executed by the said mortgagors to Port St. Lucie Bank
under date of June 4 , 1979 ,
recorded in Book, at page , St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records, securing the sum of $ 60,000.00 and
encumbering the above described real property, in the same manner and
effect as if said mortgage had been dated and filed for public record
prior to and in,advance of the mortgage held by the undersigned which
is hereby subordinated.
