SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT '
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Hans W. Z~ews and Martl~~a W. Ziews, his wife ~
the owners and holders of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness
secured thereby, executed by Richard D. Sneed, Jr., and ~
Martha Sue Sneed, his wife under date of January 10 , 1979
recorded in O. R. Book 263 , Page 927 , St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records, encumbering real property situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows: ~

At the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations inuring to the

hereby subordinate th~ lien and operation of said mortgage to the ?ien
and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured
thereby executed by the said mortgagors to Port St. Lucie Bank
under date of June 4 , 1979 ,
recorded in Book, at page , St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records, securing the sum of $ 60,000.00 and
encumbering the above described real property, in the same manner and
effect as if said mortgage had been dated and filed for public record
prior to and in advance of the mortgage held by the undersigned which
is hereby subordinated. -
