THIS GRANT OF EASEN~ENT ~ made this 18th day of May ~
A.D. 1979~ by GLADYS McCARTY JACOBSEN. hereinafter called
the "grantor" to JAMES V. SPEACH and PNYLLIS SPEACH, his
wife, hereinafter called the~"grantees"; '
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the _
sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged~ has granted,
bargained and sold to Grantees, their heirs and assigns,
an Easement for ingress and egress over the following
