KNOW ALL I~N BY 18ES8 PRFS$NTS: That Hhereas, it is proposed by the
STATB OF FLORIDA, by and through its component agency, STATB OF FLORIDA

DBPARTl~NT OF TRANSPORTATION, to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
. a portion of State Road 9(I-95), Section 94001, in St. Lucie Caunty,
Florida, in accordance with survey and plans oa file in the Office of the
STATE OF FLORIDA DEPAR7MENr OF TRANSPORTATION; aad,
WHSREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessarq to said section of
road is subject to BASBI~IT held by the undersigned; and,
WHSREAS, On behalf of the State of Florida a request has been made for the
undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property rights of the State
of Florida in and to the portion of the premises hereinafter described.
NOW, T~REFORE, WITNESSETB: That.for and in consideration of the premises
and one dollar and other good and valuable considerations, paid, receipt of
which is hereby ackno~wledged, the undersigned subordinates said encumbrance to
~ the property rights of the State of Florida, to locate, construct, maintain
