do hereby give, grant, bargain and relea$e to the State of Florida Department ~
` of Transportation, a temporary easement to enter upon that portion of the lands +
of the awner(s) being described as fol~aws: ~
Begin at the Southwest corner of Section 35, Tawnship 37 5outh, Range 39
East; thence run Northerly along the West line of the said Section 35, 152
feet, theace run Easterly acrosa said Section 35 to a point in the Ea~t line
of said Section 35, 113 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence
run Southerly along the East line of said Section 35, to the Southeast corner
thereof; thence run Westerly along the South line of the said Section 35, to
the point or place beginning. (A.R.A., Canal C-23.)
Lying Northerly of Station 449+00.
n EXTENDING no more than 60 feet beyond the new right of way line for State -

i ; grading upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above,

- and that all grading or sloping shall conform to all exi~ting structural

; improvements within the limits designated, and all work will be performed in
~ ` such manner that existing structural improvements will not be damaged.
