riqht to use the above described land under the bridqe to be
constructed over- said land for any purpose incidsnt to or in
connection with the conatruction, maintenance and operation
of Canal C-23 and any other project of the party of the first ~
part, includinq the right to enlarqe or im~prove same, provided ~
~~cY~i enlarqe~nt or improve~aent doea not interfere with the t
continued use of said road as a limited access Interstate
Highway as presently designed. It is undeistood that the said ~
bridqe design shall acconimodate 100$ of canal design section ;
pursuant to presertt federal requirements ae eaid design is
supplied to the Department by the District.
TO HAVS AND TO gOLD the san~e unto the said party of the second
part, its successors or assigns.

expressed or implied, as to the validity or marketability of the title
