Purchaser, by acce~tance and execution of this Receipt, ac)mowledges
that this purchase of a condomini~.an it at OCEAN VILLACC OF Hlff(:IiIN.SU~I ISI.AND ~
is subject in every respect to the Derlaration of Condominiun as to the condominiun
in which his unit is locateci and F~cl~ihits attached tliereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attacl~ed to the Declaration of referred to
- therein), the By-laws of the Associatipn Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and f2oor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amenclments to the aforesaid Ue-
claration and F.xhibits and the Articles of Incoi-poration, By-I.aws and Ueclaration
• of Covenants and Restrictions of the,ProE~erty Owner's Association; and Purcliaser
further aclmowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges tliat each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the'sucessful operation and manage-
~ ment of the Condominiuan property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed ~
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by cach and every provision of said Ueclar- ~
ation of CondominiLnn and Exhibits attacheci thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ;
confiims and approves all of tlie teYms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- ~
minii.m~ and Exhibits attacl~ed thereto, and agrees that tl~e assessment under the ~
Property Owners' Association doclm~ents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confinns
that the Declaration of Covenants anci Kestrictions ot the Yroperty C~mers ~ i~ssociazivn
has enct,enbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominitcn parcel being conveyed to
R.irchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assimies the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condomini~mi parcel.
Purchaser confi2ms that all warranties, rePresentations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Ileclaration of Condominiwn and Exhibits attached there-
Lo, and the comnon expenses and the swns due under the Property Owner's Association
and otlier charges are estimated only. No warranty or gtiaranty is made or intended
nor may one be~relied except where the s~urie is specifically warr~nted or guaranteed
in said lleclaration of Condominiwn and tlie Exhibits attached thereto.
