, I, WALTER T, ROBINSON, a resident of St. Lucie County,~
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary es~ate, all of my just debts, in- ~
cluding the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: All of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real and personal, wherever located and
whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,
I give and devise to my wife, JEAN M. ROBINSON, to whom I
was married on August 3, 1978 in West Palm Beach, Florida;
provided, however, that in the event my said wife does not
' survive me, then all of said property shall qo instead aeventy-
i five percent (75$) to my dauqhter, LISA TONETTS ROBINSON, and
I
~ twenty-five percent (25$) to my daughter, DEBRA JAN PRICE,
