or be unable for any reason to act or to continue actinq as
such, then I r~ame and appoint my uncle, DiCK LAYNE, of Betsy
Lane, Kentucky 41605, as such personal repreaentative, to
serve without bond.
In Florida, my personal representative shall have
all of the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted
under Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
In Kentucky, my personal representative shall have
all of the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted
under the laws of said state to personal representative, in-
. cludinq the power of sale of any real and personal property
I may awn at the time of my death in the state of Rentucky.
CLAUSE IV: In the event that my wife, JEAN M. ROBINSON,
and I dis ~.u~.~er such circu.. st3nces that it ca:inat ~ 3~tcr- -
mined which of.us predeceased the other, I direct that it
shall be conclusively presumed that I predeceased my said
wife, and the provisions of this Will shall be oonstrued and
j the distribution of property shall be governed and =egulated

as if I had, in fact, predeceased my said wife.
