I, served with a Notice of the hearing and having failed to anpear.
and the Wife having appeared with Counsel and the Court havin~
heard testimon of the Wife and ar ument of Counsel, and the Court

finding from the Wife's sworn testimony that the Husband has
j~ violent and dangerous tendencies and disposition and has in the
I;
~1 nast vhysically assaulted the '~Tife and the Wife is entitled to
~
extraordinary special relief and the Court further finding that

! the :Jife is in need of support and alinony and the Husband having
i

; I? the ability to pay, it is thereupon -
~ ;i
' ii ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. That the primary custody of the minor children of~the
i" parties , to-wit : JOSH TaYN~1E and ERIKA ?,IYNNE be with the Wife
~
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband.
~ 2. The parties are hereby restrained from removing the
~
~ minor children of the parties from the State of Florida except
,
~ upon written order of the Court.

~ i 3. The Husband shall pay to the ~~Jife as temporary alimony
~
~ j~ and sunport the sun of $100.00 per week. Each payment shall be
~ i~ made through the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly
~ ~ to KATHY L. WYNNE. In addition, there is hereby assessed the

~ jj sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
