Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
' 4. The Wife is herehy entitled to im~?ediate exclusive pos-
session of the marital home of the parties for the benefit of
the Wife and the minor children of the parties and that the Hus-
band shall be required to pay the monthly rental on the marital
home together with all utilities when the next paynent becomes
due and shall keep current the rental paynents on the home and
the utilities so as not to allow them to lapse or becone delin-
~ quent.

S. The Husband is hereby restrained from interfering with,

harassing, annoying, calling, bothering, coming on the premises .

i~ or indirectly to physicallv assault or harm the Wife or bother

the ~dife in any manner whatsoever and the Sheriff of St. Lucie

;j County is hereby directed, upon the Wife filing a sworn affidavit s

with the Clerk of the Circuit Court and a copy to the Sheriff of ~

St. Lucie County. to immediately take into cus~ody the Husband
!i and bring him before the Court at the Court's earliest conven-
ience for disposition as the Court may see fit and vroner.

! The Sheriff of St. Lucie County is further directed to do ~

I any acts necessary to enable the Wife to obtain i~ediate ex-

~ y; clusive possession of the aforesaid property and to eject the

~ Husband from the premises together with only such items of per-

~ sonal property of the Husband such as tools or clothing that the

~ Husband may have on the premises.
~ ` The Husband is further enjoined from danaging, destroying.,
selling, disposing or secreting any of the jointly owr.ed oersonal ~
, ,
~ pronerty of the parties located in the marital residence.

~ 6. All of the foregoing temnorary relief shall remain in

° full force and effect until further Order of Court. :
