defendant, appellant, appeals to the District of Appeals, 4th
District of Florida, the order of this Court rendered April 30, 1979,
rehearing denied on order rendered I~.ay 25, 1979. The nature of the
order is a final order adjudging PARLIArlENT.INSURANCE COI~SPANY liable
to the Plaintiff herein in the amount of $20,800 and assessinq cost
in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $2,535.67. Notice is also
"hereby give the PARLIAMENT INSURANCE COMPANY defendant, appellant,
appeals to the District Court Appears 4th District of Florida the
order denying its ~otion for new trial rendered :Kay 25, 1979.
