THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 23rd day of June, A.D. 1979 by
ROBERT R. ANDERSON and CATHRYN M. ANDERSON, his wife, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to EARL L. BESSENT and GWENDOLYN G. BESSENT,
his wife whose post otfice address is Rt.~4, Box 155, Ft. Pierce,~
Florida 32450, hereinafter called the Grantee. ;
