PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE
THIS MORTGAGE, is made on 3~3 , 1979 between `
EARL L. BESSENT and GWENDOLYN G. ESSENT, is w~, (hereinafter
both known as "Mortgagor") and ROBERT R. ANDERSON and CATHRYN M.
ANDERSON, his wife (hereinafter, both known as "Mortgagee). ~
For good and valuable consideration, and in consideration
of the sum named i~ the Promissory Note, (hereinafter referred
to as "Note"), and to secure to Mortgagee the repayment with
interest thereon of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note,
and to secure the performance of the covenants and agreements
of Mortgagor herein contained, Mortgagor does hereby mortgage,
grant, and convey to 1?fortgagee, in fee simple, that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, (hereinafter referred
to as "Property"), described as follows:

and such improvements and fixtures as may now exist or may
hereafter become a part of the Property.
This instrument and the terms and conditions herein
contained is given to further secure the Mortgagor's indebted-
ness to Mortgagee, that debt being evidenced-by Mortgagor's

3. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, impair-

and expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred or '
~ paid at any time by Mortgagee because of failure of the
3 Mortgagor to perform or comply with each and every
stipulation, agreement; covenant and condition of the
~ tdote and this Mortgage, or either. Such cost, charge
~ and/or expense, with interest ther~on from~the date of
~ payment at the same rate as specified in the Note,
