9. The mailing, by certified mail, of a written (
notice or demand addressed to the owner of record of. i
the Property or to the Mortgagor at the last address ;
actually furnished to Mortgagee, or if none, directed
to the Mortgagor at the Property, shall be sufficient
notice and demand in any case arising under this Mortgaqe ;
and/or Note and required by the grovisions hereof or by ;
law.
10. Upon payment of all sums secured by this 4
Mortgage, Mortgagee shall release this Mortgage without 4
charge to,Mortgagee by Satisfaction of Mortgage, filed
at Mortgagor's expense. Mortgaqor may prepay in whole t
or in part the sums secured by this Mortgage without
penalty.
