HomeMy WebLinkAbout0826 . ~ MORTGAGE NOTE $67,450.00 Ft. Pierce, Florida June 23, 1979 ; For value received, the undersigned promises to pay ' to the order of Robert R. Anderson and Cathryn M. Anderson, ; his wife, hereinafter designated as the payee, the principal ; sum of $67,450.00 with interest thereon from date, payable ~ t annually at the rate of nine (9$) percent, per annum; the ~ interest and principal of this note payable in two hundred ~ and forty (240) monthly installments as follows: Beginning on the lst day of August, 1979, the sum of SIX HUNDRED AND SIX and 87/100 Dollars ($606.87) and the same amount on the same day each and every month f until the entire amount due under this note or the Mortgage securing same is fully paid. The afor•esaid principal and interest payments are to be applied first to interest at the rate aforesaid due upon the principal sum or so much thereof as shall from time to time be outstanding and the balance of each payment shall be applied on account of principal. - All installments of interest and principal are payable to holder at such place as the holder hereof may designate in writing, in lawful money of the United States of America. If any of said installments of interest and principal shall not be paid when due and shall remain unpaid for a period of fifteen (15) days, then the entire_principal sum and accrued interest shall become due and payable, without notice, at the option of the legal holder of this Note. The payee of this Note shall be permitted the following prepayment option on thirty (30) days prior written notice to the legal holder of this Note: Payee is granted the right, at any time or times hereafter, if not in tiefault at that i time to anticipate and prepay in full, with- R out penalty, the principal sum remaining i unpaid. ~ I . ~ It is further agreed that the maker shall pay all costs ! of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees on ~ _ failure to pay the principal of this Note or any interest ~ thereon upon maturity. ~ ~ This Note is secured by a first mortgage of even date ~ herewith made by Earl L. Bessent and Gwendoiyn G. Bessent, ~ his wife, as Mortgagor to Robert R. Anderson and Cathryn ~ M.
