PRE-TRIAL ORDER
(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
(a) That any or all claims brought on behalr of
GRr.Y TAXI CAB SERVICE, INC., are hereby abandoned and
voluntarily dismissed from this cause.
(b) Plaintiffs, JAMES and HELENA COLEY, admit that
'f the signatures on the State Farm Release and State Farm
~ draft are theirs.

! (c) Plaintiffs, JAMES and HELENA COLEY, admit that

~ they cashed the State Farm draft in the amount of $7.50.00.
(d) Plaintiffs, JAMES and HELENA COLEY, admit that

~ they have lzot tendered or returned the $750.00 received
as a result of cashing the &tate Farm draft.
(e) The parties agree that the limited purposes for

~ this trial will be to resolve the limited issue of the
~ finality of the settlement and the validity of the release .

~ signed by Plaintiffs in favor of Defendants as a complete
~ legal bar to the re-opening of this claim.

~ (2) WITNESSES. The parties hereby agree that the witnesses

~ to testify at this trial are limited to the following: -
