CARLTON, who, after being duly cautioned and sworn~did depose and say: 1. That my name is CHARLES H. CARLTON, and that I am the son of the late CHARLES CARLTON, and that I am the grandson of the late ELIZABETH CARLTON; 2. That ELIZABETH CARLTON did die on October 17, 1918; ~ 3. That REUBEN CARLTON, the husband of ELIZABETH CARLTON, did predecease her and that at the time of her death ELIZABETH CARLTON was a widow and was unmarried; 4. That ELIZABETH CARLTON died testate and that a copy of her Last Will And Testament is attached hereto and made a part of I this Affidavit; ~ ~ _ i ~ E 5. That the devisees and beneficiaries of the Last Will ~ And Testament of ELIZABETH CARLTON were one and the same persons as ~ ~ all of her natural and only children, to-wit: CHARLOTTE OLMSTEAD, i ~ - ~ SALLIE CARLTON, LINLEY L. CARLTON, DANIEL S. CARLTON, WRIGHT W. ~ CARLTON, REUBEN CARLTON, JR., CHARLES CARLTON and PERRY CARLTON: ~ : ~ 6, That LUCY J, C~R~,TON was the wife of LINLEY L. CARLTON ~ ~ and on March 23, 1949, LINLEY L. CARLTON was deceased and was survived ~ - ~ by his wife, LUCY J. CARLTON, and by his adopted daughter, LUCY JANE ~ ~ CARLTON ROGERS, and that LUCY J.
