7. That on April 5, 1949, DAN S. CARLTON, the son of
ELIZABETH CARLTON, and the wife of DAN S. CARLTON were deceased,
and that DAN S. CARLTON and his wife had two (2) children, these
being: DAN S. CARLTON and LOUISE C. WHITTICE;
8. That REUBEN CARLTON, JR., the son of ELIZABETH
CARLTON, did predecease ELIZABETH CARLTON, and that REUBEN CARLTON,
JR., was not married at the time of his death and never had any
children;
9. That SALLIE BOYKIN was the daughter of ELIZABETH
CARLTON and was known as SALLIE CARLTON prior to her marriage to
C. C. BOYKIN;
10. That CHARLES CARLTON, the son of ELIZABETH CARLTON,
did depart this life in 1930 and was survived by his wife, RHODA
CARLTON, and by his children: CHARLES H. CARLTON, CARL CARLTON, SR.,
REUBEN W. CARLTON, MARY ELIZABETH CARLTON, ALBERTA CARLTON HAYES and
THADDEUS H. CARLTON and that on April 1$, 1949, RHODA CARLTON was unmarried;

! 11. That W. W. CARLTON, was also known as WRIGHT W. CARLTON,

~ and was the son of ELIZABETH CARLTON;

' 12. That on the dates of March 4, 1949, and July 18, 1949,

E JAMES O. NELSON and MURIEL E. NELSON were man and wife and that sub-

~ sequent to said dates, they were divorced from one another;

~ 13. That CHARLOTTE CARLTON was married to two (2) separate
~ men during her lifetime and was consequently also known by her
~ married names of CHARLOTTE CARLTON OLMSTEAD and subsequently as

~ CHARLOTTE CARLTON McLENDON; and that duri~ng her lifetime she gave
~
~ birth to three (3) children. These children being: HENRY F. OLMSTEAD,
~
; CATHERINE OLMSTEAD SIMS and GLADYS OLMSTEAD NELSON; and that CHARLOTTE

~ CARLTON McLENDON died intestate in 1941 and that her heirs at law

~ who were entitled to receive distribution of the assets from her
