estate were: HENRY F. OLMSTEAD, son; CATHERINE OLMSTEAD SIMS, daughter;
JAMES O. NELSON, grandson; JOHN W. NELSON, grandson; SARAH NELSON VOGEL,
granddaughter; and HARRY W. NELSON, grandson; and that as shown in the
Final Return of Administrator, Order Approving Returns and Directinq
Distribution, Petition For Order Of Final Discharge Of Administrator,
and Order Of Final Discharge Of Administrator, all beinq attached
hereto and made a part hereof, R. L. McLENDON, the survivinq husband
of CHARLOTTE CARLTON McLENDON, did make a Claim against her estate,
and taht said claim was satisfied and that said R_ L_ McLENDON did
execute an assignment of his claim to HENRY F. OLMSTEAD;
14. That prior to March-of 1949, GLADYS OLMSTEAD NELSON
was deceased and at the time of her death she was widowed from her
husband's death and that GLADYS OLMSTEAD NELSON was survived by her
four (4) natural and only children, to-wit: JAMES O. NELSON, JOHN
W. NELSON, SARAH VOGEL and HARRY W. NELSON.
AND FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
