Home My WebLink About0911 / . 449i38 - I RESOLUTION N0. 79-51 MHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, held a public hearing on the 5th day of June, 1979, after first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune at Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 7th day of May, 1979, on closing, vacating and abandoning that portion of the following described right of way, and renouncing and~disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within that portion of said right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows:_ That part of the north 30 feet of Lot 1 of Miller Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 6 at Rage 48 of the public•records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which lies east of the FEC Railroad and west of State Road 707. and, WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest of ~ the public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim and - i ~ renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the , ` ~lands lying within said right of way. g NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- ~ sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this s~ s 5th day of June, 1979, as follows: ~ 1.
